Forms
The contact, callback and support forms send your name, email, message, any optional organisation and phone number, chosen services and request type to a script on this website. The script passes them to the hosting provider's mail system addressed to tech@beampacttechnologies.link. We use this to reply and to handle your enquiry or support request.
Hosting and mail processing
The website host and its mail transport process requests and messages to deliver the site and the email. They may keep standard server logs under their own terms.
Rate limiting
To limit abuse, the form script stores a pseudonymous identifier derived from your IP address and a counter in a temporary file on the server, for a fifteen-minute window. Expired files are removed when later requests arrive. Message contents are not stored by the script.
Retention
Enquiry emails are kept only as long as needed for the enquiry, any resulting service and legal obligations. The company owner must confirm the actual retention policy.
Cookies and local storage
This site installs no analytics, advertising or optional cookies. When you choose in the cookie banner, that choice is saved in your browser's localStorage so we do not ask again; if storage is blocked, the banner simply reappears. Tools such as the prioritiser keep data only in the page.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask for access, correction or deletion of your data, or object to processing, by emailing tech@beampacttechnologies.link. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
